Many of our customers have the glove shipped directly to our Connecticut Workshop. This saves them time and money. GloveWhisperer will email you when we receive your glove and email again with tracking information when the glove is shipped to you. You get the glove ready to play saving time and money by eliminating 1 leg of the shipping.
OLDER / USED GLOVES
Pricing for older or used gloves is subject to final evaluation of conditioning and is at the sole discretion of GloveWhisperer. GloveWhisperer will evaluate each glove when it arrives at our facility if there is any additional work needed GloveWhisperer will contact customer for final approval. If a glove is found to be damaged or impaired GloveWhisperer will contact customer. GloveWhisperer is not responsible for paying or reimbursing customers for shipping expense. If a glove is returned to customer without having been serviced by GloveWhisperer any Glove services fees paid, excluding shipping and handling, will be refunded within 30 days of notifying customer of GloveWhisperer not performing services on a glove.
If you have questions about the condition of a used glove prior to sending that glove to GloveWhisperer please take several photo's of the glove and send them to GloveWhisperer@glovewhisperer.com. Include your name, email and phone with the photo so we can reply to you prior to your sending a glove. The final decision regarding GloveWhisperer ability to properly service a glove may only be determined when we have physically received a glove. GloveWhisperer is never responsible for shipping and handle costs these are the sole responsibility of the customer or sender.
